Sample Engagement – Managing Growth: A leading provider of educational solutions, services and products for schools,
libraries and colleges sought to solidify its leadership position by pursuing a strategy of steady acquisition and growth.
Working directly with the CEO, we helped the company develop an internal and external communication plan, create a new
enterprise-wide compensation structure, and adopt a leading edge, consumer-driven health care program for its employees.
Resources project managers and technical professionals assisted in market pricing, realigning roles and responsibilities
and redesigning the company’s compensation strategy. In addition, we helped the client transition to a consumer-driven
company by providing guidance in plan design, internal communications, and training.
Sample Engagement – Process Improvement: A multi-billion dollar health benefits company engaged Resources to help make
operational improvements in enrollment, training, communication, error handling and customer service.
We provided project management oversight, training for customer service reps, business continuity plans and quality control
processes for enrollment and customer service, and to identify root causes for rejected transactions. We partnered with the
client and another consulting firm to establish detailed project plans, set milestone dates, and developed a project-tracking
mechanism. We also co-developed and facilitated training programs for project management tools and techniques including training
documentation and reference manuals for customer service representatives’ handling calls from Medicare members to help ensure consistent service.
